The Executive Office of Education houses the Information Technology Office, which supplies technology assistance to agencies that interact with schools and school aged children from early education and care through Higher Education.

The Information Technology Office helps support education agencies within state government as well as creating software applications and databases for the Commonwealth’s over 400 school districts. The various levels of public education in the Commonwealth comprise roughly 130,000 educators and over 950,000 students in K-12, as well as numerous child care providers, along with all of our public colleges and universities.
